📦 Processing Time

All orders are packed and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).
We’ll notify you by email if there’s any delay with your order.


🌍 Shipping Locations

We currently ship worldwide from Denmark using PostNord.


🚚 Delivery Estimates

Destination Estimated Delivery Time
Denmark 1–3 business days
EU countries 3–7 business days
Rest of World 7–14 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and local postal services.


💸 Shipping Rates

Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and the total weight of your order.

If we offer free or discounted shipping, it will be clearly shown during checkout.


🌐 Customs, Duties & Taxes

For orders outside the EU, customs fees or import duties may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

TJ Print Shop is not responsible for any customs delays or additional fees charged by your local authorities.


📦 Tracking

All orders are shipped with tracking via PostNord.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email.
Tracking can take up to 24 hours to activate after shipping confirmation.


🚫 Failed Deliveries

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, you’ll need to cover the cost of re-shipping.


🛑 Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please first contact PostNord.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.
