Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your order, but if something doesn’t work out, we’re here to help.
Below you’ll find the details on how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled for both EU and non-EU customers.

🇪🇺 Customers within the EU

You have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification.

Conditions:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and include any packaging or labels.
  • You must notify us before sending the item back.
  • Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless otherwise agreed.
  • Returns must be sent using tracked shipping. TjPrint is not responsible for lost or untracked parcels.

How to return:

  1. Email us at info@tjprint.shop with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Send your return to the following address:

  3. Use tracked shipping and keep your proof of postage until your refund is confirmed.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 days.
The refund includes the product price and the cost of standard shipping (if applicable).
Any upgraded shipping options (like express delivery) are non-refundable.

🌎 Customers outside the EU

(e.g. UK, USA, Norway, Switzerland, Canada, etc.)

Non-EU orders are not covered by EU consumer protection laws, but we still offer a 14-day voluntary return policy for most items.

Conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • Returns must be sent using tracked shipping. TjPrint is not responsible for lost or untracked parcels.
  • Return shipping, import duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
  • If a package is refused or returned due to unpaid customs or failed delivery, any fees charged to TjPrint will be deducted from the refund.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Custom or personalized products (made to order or designed for a specific customer) cannot be returned unless the item is defective or damaged.

Refunds:
Refunds will be processed once the item is received and inspected.
Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider and location.

⚙️ Defective or damaged items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please email info@tjprint.shop within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll either replace the item or issue a full refund.

🧾 Important notes

  • Always contact us before returning an item, as returns without approval may not be accepted.
  • All returns must be sent with tracked shipping.
  • TjPrint is not responsible for customs delays, import fees, or untracked/lost parcels.
  • For hygiene or custom reasons, certain 3D-printed or modified items may be excluded from return eligibility.
